Q:How come my SMS course hasn't started?
A: There are three things you must do in order to receive the SMS courses:
1. Make sure you submitted a valid UK mobile phone number to us upon (or after) payment.
2. Ensure that you told us the name of the course you wish to study
3. Wait until the Monday after you submitted your course name.

Q:What happens if I want to buy a course that is shorter than my subscription?
A:Your remaining credits can be used to buy future courses, but are only available for 6 months.

Q: Can I study more than one course at a time?
A: Yes, however your credit will run out sooner than your subscription renewal. You will need to make sure you have enough credit topped up to finish the course.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription:
A: Log in to www.paypal.com/uk and amend your account subscription. If you are not able to to this, please email help@morganlanguages.co.uk
